Sunflowers & Lace
 Katie wanted the top tier to be cube-like so each tier was made 1 1/2 time the height of a normal tier.
This cake fitted perfectly into her Wedding, the lace effect piping on the top & bottom tiers matched her stunning antique lace dress, the bridesmaids wore the green of the ribbon and sunflowers featured throughout the day from bouquets to table & venue decorations.
Runaway Groom!
  Joanne chose gem flowers to match her gem encrusted dress then sprinkled swaroski crystals on the cake table.

Rainbow of Flowers 
Michelle's colours were green & cerise which this cake tied together perfectly. Originally, she saw the design featured on an American site on a three tier cake, but Michelle chose to have five tiers so the cake wouldn't be lost in the grandeur of Wynyard Hall.
 Sarah saw Michelle's cake, above, & fell in love with the design. She wanted to use her colours of dusky pink & lilac and some sparkle added with the addition of diamante trim around the base of each tier, edible diamonds amongst the flowers and satin dust brushed over the cake.

Butterflies
Joanne fell in love with this cake when she saw it in "Dream Wedding Cakes" by Debbie Brown but wanted it adapted to fit in with her colour scheme.
Each tier is made from two cakes to create the tall tower effect.
Cupcake tower
 Julie was having a Civil Ceremony for 21 & thought cupcakes would be perfect but still wanted a cake to cut so decided on a fruit cake as a top tier. She wanted her colour scheme of "Dairy Milk purple" brought into it so had alternate purple & ivory roses sat on a generous buttercream swirl of the contrasting colour.
