Often the only time of the year you indulge in a delicious rich fruit cake, and why shouldn't you celebrate this special time of the year with a very special cake?
My cakes are made with fruits soaked in brandy, then carefully baked to retain their moisture. When baked, they are sprinkled with more brandy before finishing with marzipan and icing. The cake is decorated to your requirements. |
